Orders

Procean maintains the right to refuse orders.

Return of goods

The buyer (customer) has the right to return his/her purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The products should be in the original wrapping, not damaged and unused - same condition as the product has been shipped to the customer by Procean. Shipping cost for returned goods are for the buyer (customer).

Retention of personal information

We retain the personal information we collect from you for as long as the information is relevant to our business purposes. Personal information will be removed upon request.

VAT

Prices on the website are including the dutch 19% VAT.

For customers within the EU with a VAT identification number, orders without VAT are accepted. Please contact us for further information.

For customers outside the EU, orders can be shipped without VAT. Please contact us for further information.

Payment

All orders need to be paid prior to shipment - prepayment. Payments can be made by banktransfer, creditcard or paypal.

Warranty

Products have a warranty of 1 year after date of purchase (dated proof is required - date on invoice) against material or manufacturing faults.

The Procean drysuits have a warranty of 5 years after date of purchase (dated proof is required for all warranty claims - date on invoice) on material or manufacturing faults - excluding latex & neopren seals, excluding zippers.

Warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

Warranty does not include normal wear and tear.

Procean reserves the right to void warranties when poor maintenance is evident, or the product has been used for purposes other than its intended use, or has been used in a rental scheme.
